Chef Xu Fu travels to the Middle East to work as a chef at a Chinese restaurant to support his family and pay off debts. There, he meets Ma Jun Sheng, the restaurant's manager. They attract customers from all over with authentic Chinese cuisine, and the restaurant quickly gains fame. However, with the outbreak of war, the situation deteriorates rapidly, and no one can escape unscathed, including Xu Fu and Ma Jun Sheng.
